3y 6m: f
4 years: l, sh, ch
4y 6m: j, s, z
5 years: r
6 years: v
8 years: th
Intelligibility of speech:
This is the amount of speech that can be understood by an unfamiliar listener
18 months 25% of speech should be intelligible
24 months 50% of speech should be intelligible
36 months 75% of speech should be intelligible
48 months 100% of speech should be intelligible
